Terms of Sale: Marketplace

1. Seller

Models on the TenTen Arch marketplace are sold by TenTen Arch sh.p.k., Dukagjini Center, Floor 16, Prishtina, Kosovo (Reg. no. 812114156). Contact: [email protected].

2. What you buy

You buy a license to download and use digital files, as described on each product's page (formats, programs, technical details and included files). 3D models come with the Standard license (unlimited projects). Architecture projects come with the Single-build license: one license per building. To build a project again, buy an additional license. Either way, you do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Account, prices and payment

You need a verified marketplace account to buy. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay. Payment is made by card in full at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Files are available for download immediately after a successful payment, on the order confirmation page and in your account library. We also email you a receipt with download links that stay valid for 72 hours. You can re-download your purchases from your library for as long as your account is open.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery has begun. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and confirm that you understand this. The download becoming available counts as the start of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a file is defective or does not match its description. In that case, contact us and we will provide a working file or a refund.

6. Refunds

If a file is corrupted, missing or materially different from its description and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the purchase price. A refunded model is removed from your library.

7. Liability

Models are provided for visualization and design purposes. They are not engineering, structural or construction documents. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the model concerned. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
