How working with us works.
Six steps from intro call to handover. Same process for every project, every firm.
Intro call & agreements
We have a short intro call or email exchange to understand your firm and the scope. Confidentiality terms are agreed — ours or yours — before any project files move.
30–60 minutes. No commitment required. We can start directly with email if you prefer.
Brief and file transfer
You share drawings, program, brief, and any reference material via a shared drive or secure transfer. We review and come back with questions.
Files shared via WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your preferred platform.
Scope & quote
We confirm scope, deliverables, timeline, and price in writing. Nothing starts until you approve the scope.
Fixed price per project or per-unit rate confirmed before work begins.
Production with progress check-ins
We work to the agreed schedule and send a progress check-in at the midpoint so you can catch any direction issues early. Your dedicated project lead is reachable by email, Teams, or Slack.
Progress shared as intermediate files or screenshots — whatever format is useful to you.
Review & revisions
You review the first delivery and send consolidated comments. Revision rounds are agreed as part of scope and included within the base fee.
Comments via email, PDF markup, or shared document — your choice.
Handover in your templates and branding
Final files go out in your templates, layer standards, and naming conventions. Source and working files are deleted or returned on request, as agreed.
File deletion or return handled as agreed with each partner.

Test us before committing.
Before starting a full engagement, we offer a test project: a real scope, your templates, our production, treated exactly like a live project.
It's paid, and typically takes around one week. No obligation after delivery.
