2. What data we collect

When you use this website, we may collect: contact information you submit (name, email, firm name), technical data from cookies (see Cookie Policy), and usage analytics.

If you create a marketplace account or buy 3D models, we also process: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), billing details you enter (country, and optionally company name and VAT ID), your order history, and a log of the files you download (time, IP address and browser type).

Card payments: the card details you enter are passed to our payment processor to authorize the payment. We never store your full card number or security code; we keep only the card brand, the last four digits and the processor's payment reference, so we can show them on your receipt.

3. How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Marketplace account and order data is used to deliver what you bought (download access, receipts by email), to prevent fraud and misuse of download links, and to meet accounting obligations. Analytics data is used to understand site usage and improve content. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis (EU/EEA and Swiss visitors)

Contact form data: legitimate interest (responding to your request). Marketplace accounts and orders: performance of a contract, plus legal obligation for invoices and receipts. Download logs: legitimate interest (protecting purchased files). Analytics: consent (via cookie banner). Where you are located in the EU/EEA, you may contact us to exercise your rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection.

5. Retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years or deleted on request. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires (typically 10 years). Your account and your access to purchased models stay active until you ask us to close the account. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.
