3D models are sold under the Standard license (part A). Architecture projects are sold under the Single-build license (part B). The license is shown on each product page, in your cart and on your receipt.
Use the model in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects: still images, animations, real-time presentations, VR/AR walkthroughs, games and apps, printed and online marketing material, for yourself or for your clients.
Modify the model, its materials and textures as needed for those projects.
Share the files with people working with you on a specific project (for example a render farm or a colleague), as long as they only use them for that project.
Resell, give away, share publicly or redistribute the model files, whether original or modified, alone or as part of another asset pack, library, template or marketplace listing.
Use the model to train machine-learning models or generate competing 3D assets.
Claim the model itself as your own original work.
Build the project once: one building, on one site. The license covers that single building, including the permit application, construction and any later renovation of it.
Adapt the drawings and models for that building, for example to fit the plot, local regulations, materials or the client's wishes.
Share the files with the people involved in that building only: your client, architects and engineers of record, authorities, contractors and suppliers.
Use images of the project and of the finished building to present that building.
Build the project, or a design substantially based on it, more than once. Every additional building, including identical buildings on neighbouring plots, needs its own license. You can buy additional licenses for a project at any time from its page.
Resell, give away, share publicly or redistribute the project files, or offer the project (original or modified) as a plan for sale.
Claim the design as your own original work. You may name yourself as architect of record for the building you deliver.
Projects are design documents. Before building, they must be checked and adapted by a locally licensed architect or engineer to the site, local building codes, structural calculations and permit requirements. Responsibility for the building as built lies with the professionals who deliver it.
A license belongs to the person or company named on the receipt. A company license covers its employees working on company projects.
Licenses are perpetual and worldwide. A license ends automatically if you breach these terms, or if the purchase is refunded.
